James joins Hurtwood Park with years of experience under his belt. While attending Uni, James began working at a restaurant and soon his talent became clear by being offered a practical and college based apprenticeship. Trained in European food, James also specialises in Indian cooking and with upcoming plans for an A la Carte Menu and alternate seasonal specials, James is sure to be a busy man in the months to come.
