MEMBERSHIP AND MEMBERSHIP FEES 2011

Full Playing MemberFee 2675.00 including VAT This membership includes the following benefits:
1.Playing Fees
2.Non playing membership of the Club (175.00including VAT)

Family Membership Fee 4000 including VAT

This membership includes the following benefits:
1.Playing Fees for up to four family members
2.Non playing membership of the Club (175.00 including VAT)
3.HPA Membership (95-UK Residents)

6.No additional Charges for:

2ND CLUB MEMBERSHIP Fee 1000 including VAT
The following restrictions apply - All HPA Memberships have to be paid via 1st Club and club chukkas are charged at £15 per chukka (ex. VAT). This membership includes the following benefits:
1.Non playing membership of the Club (175.00 including VAT)
2.Two player's car stickers
Tournament Entry Fees will be subject to separate charge

UNDER 25 MEMBERSHIPFee 1000 including VAT
Available to Members who are under 25 years on 1st January in the current year and are 1 goal or below.
HPA fees are separate. This membership includes the following benefits:

3.One player's car sticker
5.10% off all ticketed days or nights at the Club

PONY CLUB MEMBER
Fee 350.00 (under 18)
HPA fees are separate
Available to Junior Members who are under 21 on 1st January with the following restrictions:

.Exclusively for Members of the Surrey Union Hunt Pony Club
.Club Chukkas will be at no extra charge but match chukkas will be charged at 15.00 (excluding VAT) this will be capped at 1000.00 (excluding VAT)
.All players 16 years and under will be expected to play in pony Club Chukkas unless other arrangements have been made in advance through the Polo office.
This membership includes the following benefits:
1.Non playing membership of the Club (175.00 including VAT)
2.One player's car sticker
3.10% off all ticketed days or nights at the Club
4.No additional Charges for Club or Pony Club chukkas

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP

INSTRUCTIONAL MEMBERSHIP
Fee - 350.00 (including VAT)
The following restrictions apply:
.HPA Membership is not included (95.00 UK Resident over 18 years old)
.Club Chukkas will be charged at 15.00 per chukka (excluding VAT) These will be capped at 1000.00 (excluding VAT)
.Instructional chukkas will take place on a smaller field at all times with a Pro on each side.
This membership includes the following benefits:
Non-playing membership of the Club (175.00 including VAT)
One player's car sticker
10% off all ticketed days or nights at the Club
All Memberships are due by 1st March 2011
Any Membership received after this date will incur a 10% increase after which this will move to 20% 1st May 2011.

Social Member
This entitles the member to full use of the clubhouse facilities all year round, free access to all polo matches, discount on any non charitable ticketed events, and preferred reservation policy. This membership covers you, your partner and any children under 18 years of age.
